Interactive Hospital Kiosk

In 1998, working with McDermott-O'Neill & Associates, Illumina designed, produced and installed a set of multimedia kiosks for the Mount Auburn Hospital. The kiosks, initially installed in the hospital's main lobby and urgent care waiting rooms, were designed to provided information about a network of primary care physician services for the hospital community. The objective of the kiosks were to address visitors' existing attitudes towards primary care and help them identify a practice and physician in their neighborhood.
