Our emphasis is on effective project management, strong multimedia and instructional design strategies, eye-catching visuals and stimulating interactive activities, and comprehensive learner performance tracking and management. Bristol-Myers Squibb Web-Based Pharmaceutical Sales Training (with Total Learning Concepts)

Illumina Interactive partnered with Total Learning Concepts to design and develop an interactive web-based training program for Bristol-Myers Squibb to coincide with the launching of a significant new drug product. This comprehensive training application was completed in 4 months for a roll-out on the company's secure Intranet in September 2000. In its first 2 months the application successfully trained over 4,000 pharmaceutical sales representatives about the product.
