Support
We stand behind our work, period. A web site, eLearning,
or CD-ROM application project doesn't end after
it is launched – it often needs to be maintained,
monitored, and enhanced. We are typically called upon
to provide ongoing support to our clients, and based
on a project's requirements, this might entail a specific
maintenance period for content corrections and revisions,
or for other follow-up services.
For web sites, we typically provide server monitoring
services, traffic reporting analysis, search engine
registration, and other ongoing services. For eLearning
applications, we can help with learning management system
integration, report generation and analysis, and courseware
enhancement over time.
